What we offer

I-CATCH is a scholarship program funded by a federal grant that provides healthcare training opportunities, wrap-around services, and individualized support.
It serves students from Pre-college, which includes English as a Second Language (ESL) & GED/High School completion through an array of certificates and/or Associate Degrees (AA).
There are different careers pathways such as Direct Patient Care, Pharmacy & Laboratory, Medical Office & Information and Social and Human Services

Services:
  • Dedicated Navigators and support staff to provide wrap-around services to help students overcome challenges and barriers to completing academic programs and securing employment
  • Emergency funding assistance
  • Educational Support, Financial Aid Assistance
  • Laptop, one year of Wi-Fi hotspot internet access, and technical support and digital literacy training
  • Dedicated Academic Advising
  • Job development and coaching

Program partners include Edmonds Community College, Everett Community College, Skagit Valley College and Whatcom Community College.

Host Latino Family Nights in high schools and other places in the community (Nochecitas), in Spanish, to explore strategies with parents that will help students to increase their college readiness. Topics include: Financial aid, Dual Credit programs, standardized testing, etc.

What we offer

Coordinated Entry

The Coordinated Entry is the first step for people experiencing housing instability or homelessness. If individuals and families are eligible, they can meet with navigators aiming to analyze their housing challenges, explore possible solutions, and receive the appropriate referrals. There is no fee.

The Everett Utilities Water Program is a one-time assistance for Everett consumers that are at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level. Likewise, the program may help the consumers with a water shutoff notice. There is no fee.

The Children’s mental health services: Include person/family and counseling/therapy. The services are for children and families with Medicaid.

CCS Recovery Center- Adult and Youth Substance Abuse Treatment Services

CCS Recovery Center, Everett: Includes adult and youth substance abuse treatment. The services are for Individuals and families with Medicaid.

What we offer

Parent Education workshops on the development and nurturing of self-esteem in families and children. This program “Plática de Autoestima: Un Asunto de Toda la Familia” was developed at the University of WA, Seattle. It contains 6 Novelas that will be a guide to parents for each week’s lesson.

This serie is presented as a seven-week course covering stages and ages of children’s’ development. Workshops can be presented in Spanish and English, though the program was developed strictly for Spanish speaking families.

We also offer workshops in making crafts to any age participant.

Coordinated Care in one of Washington Medicaid/Apple Health Insurance plans. Our health insurance programs are committed to transforming the health of the community one individual at a time. Program eligibility depends age, income, family size and any special health needs.

We also offer Ambetter plans available on the Health Insurance Marketplace for those families that because of income don’t qualify for Apple Health AND

Apple Health Core Connections, Coordinated Care is the statewide managed care health plan running the Apple Health Foster Care program. All of our programs offer information and multiple languages.
